Job Opportunity - Caring, experienced private dentist (part time) - West Sussex

Our perfect candidate has significant experience working within private dentistry with good restorative skills, and you are obviously an exceptionally gifted and gentle communicator who is willing to spend time to build trust and rapport with our mature and discerning clients.

This position is 3 to 4 days a week, we are a business working from two village practices set right on the Sussex seaside with an extremely loyal - and growing - patient base (mainly "Silver Greys" and the "Saga Set") and we are starting to attract younger professional couples and their families with an expanding range of services and opening times to suit them, in modern surgeries with new equipment.

You are:

Proud of your work ethic, efficiency and punctuality Good diagnostic skills and can treatment plan confidently and effectively Of course, you are a great communicator and understand the value of courtesy, politeness and positivity to achieve results and build great relationships. You are passionate about treating people, not patients You take pride in providing painless quality dentistry that will last and can work fast to achieve this Clinically you have an interest in preventative management of perio and, possibly, orthopaedic orthodontics and implant restoration You understand the benefits of being part of a loyal, positive team and have a "can do" attitude and a desire to help build the practice At least 3 years experience (including private) in the UK since qualifying
