What's on Offer

Fixed NHS salary:

35,000 per annum (non-UDA based, no performance pressure)

Private income potential:

50% private revenue split Expected private earnings: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum Approx.

3,000 NHS patients annually

PLVE mentorship and supervision

Contract & Security Bond (3-Year Option)

Employed position with a

3-year contractual commitment

No upfront payment required

Monthly security bond deduction (amount agreed at commencement)

Full bond refunded upon successful completion

Overseas-qualified dentist GDC registered (or in final stages of registration) PLVE-ready and eligible to undertake supervised practice Patient-focused, motivated, and committed to long-term UK practice Open to relocation to Wales following PLVE completion Keen to develop clinically within a supportive team environment
