How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Coordinate market and customer research and leverage to develop customer personas, and best-in class user experiences
Define and monitor product health and success metrics to inform roadmap and backlog prioritization
Lead New Product Approval processes (AEMP54) in partnership with Control Management
Translate business requirements into process flows and product documentation /guides
Support execution of go-to-market and distribution strategies
Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and release processes.
Serve as the product expert for token services with customer and partner facing stakeholders
Identify new ways to improve product processes and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant degree, or proven experience in payments, product development or project management
Proven experience working directly with clients or external partners - managing communications, expectations, and being the external "face" of a team
Excellent communicator and comfortable proposing innovative approaches and new insights
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Strong sense of personal accountability with impeccable attention to detail and professionalism
Comfortable adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and demands
Ability to resolve project issues quickly and drive consensus among involved parties
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in payments preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in data analytics preferred (e.g., SQL, Excel, or BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI).
