As an Agency and Client Associate Director, you are responsible for initiating and developing relationships with Agency and Clients contacts to increase revenue and media share for JCDecaux. You may also responsible for leading a team to excel in delivering business growth and agreed KPI's.
You will be responsible for our mid-senior agency and client relationships, delivering excellent service to the planning, creative and digital communities within these agencies clients. You will build professional and productive relationships within these communities, and ultimately grow demand for JCDecaux.
What you'll be doing...
CommercialWorking as a JCDecaux ambassador to influencer influencers across your patch so that JCDecaux are known as the market leader.
Building senior relationships across planning, creative and digital teams within your agencies to grow revenue for JCDecaux
Building your knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits. This includes all relevant systems and processes and adopting Connect, our CRM system to share updates with the wider business.
Consistently identifying key sales opportunities for new and existing customers including long term partnerships, data led strategies and tailored creative executions.
Devising an annual strategy based on agency and client opportunities.
Developing excellent UK market knowledge to understand advertisers' business objectives, where media can play a role and distinguishing key areas for future business development
Working alongside key partners to create collaborative specific offerings that answer your clients business challenges
Working with internal partners and sharing relevant client and agency knowledge and developing team workstreams
Creating collateral to be expertly presented externally with clients including large scale pitches
Supporting senior leaders in the delivery of custom content and proposals
Supporting junior members of the team through management, mentoring and knowledge sharing
Sharing your knowledge of the media marketplace and the digital ecosystems within it i.e. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Ability to explain complicated processes, namely Programmatic OOH. simply and with relevant use-cases to clients aiding revenue increases in our fastest growing area
Adhere to and advocate wider adoption of established business and commercial policies, enabling processes and governance
Identifying new business opportunities by actively networking and attending industry conferences and events

Qualifications and ExperienceExperience working with Tier One Media Agencies essential and a relevant network beneficial
Experience of Out of Home is an advantage
Understanding of the UK Media Market is an advantage
Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
Previous experience working in a similar customer-focussed or fast paced environment would be an advantage
Track record of performing as a key contributor within successful teams and ability to demonstrate leadership experience
Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
