We're looking for an Associate Director, Commercial Banking Coverage (CBC) Development within Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) - Commercial Banking Coverage, where you can play a key role in shaping the future of our Relationship Management channel by supporting critical client move activities, optimizing our operating model and delivering enablers that drive growth and efficiency for our client facing teams.
The CBC Development team sits within Commercial Banking Coverage Direct, which is a remote relationship channel, which proactively supports clients and helps them to grow, but this role will work at an enterprise level across both CBC and BCB as required. Our small team are enabled by colleagues who feel empowered, can test new ways of working, operate at pace and can deliver great client and colleague outcomes. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal growth and professional advancement.
What you'll do:
Support the shaping and execution of client move activities and business initiatives, aligning to our target operating model and bring our strategic plans to life
Act as the voice of the CBC business, representing both client and colleague, influencing and collaborating with BCB and Group stakeholders
Effectively communicate priorities, shaping meaningful actions and plans by collaborating with stakeholders through proposals, business cases, working groups and presentational materials
Be curious, tenacious and adaptable in driving great outcomes for our business, delivering both directly and influencing others
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be proactive, adaptable, take initiative and demonstrate delivery at a national level, with client and colleague at the heart of what you do.
Effective Communication
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
Business Knowledge:
understanding of CBC/ BCB clients, colleagues and processes would be helpful
Written & Presentation Skills
: Ability to simplify and present complex and technical matters in an accessible manner e.g. Powerpoint
Organisation
: Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities, build plans and deliver effectively.
Analytical Skills
: Some ability to dissect and understand basic data in Microsoft Excel and translate into meaningful information and actions.
Organisational Awareness
: Ability to navigate across a broad range of stakeholders and think strategically and critically at an enterprise level
