The role involves deep expertise in energy systems, crafting digital advisory offerings, and overseeing projects end-to-end, from strategy and design to implementation and operational transition. This is a pivotal position blending technical oversight with business leadership in a high-impact domain.
As a key figure in the digital energy practice, you will build specialized capabilities, oversee bids, manage project streams, and serve both internal stakeholders and external partners. A core responsibility is generating new and recurring revenue through established networks and client relationships.
The position resides within a national Center of Excellence that integrates cutting-edge digital, advisory, technology, analytics, and product skills to deliver added client value. Collaboration will extend to the transmission and distribution unit, a global virtual digital energy forum, and regional digital energy heads.

Experience leading digital energy initiatives in professional environments, including team leadership, is essential.
You will offer informed views on established digital tools (e.g., connectivity, data platforms, software, modeling) at varying adoption stages, alongside rapidly evolving advanced technologies.
Active participation in leading national and global digital energy forums is expected, with a commitment to tracking trends and sharing insights internally.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Substantial experience in consulting or technology sectors, with expertise in data ecosystems, opportunities, and hurdles.
• Up-to-date insight into digital, data, and technology advancements, paired with project and transformation management in energy contexts.
• Proven success in business development, securing and delivering premium digital energy advisory engagements.
• Ability to cultivate trusted, senior-level relationships, especially with Chief Data/Digital Officers.
• Engagement in prominent digital energy initiatives worldwide.
• Established connections with digital energy technology providers.
