Job Title Associate Director, Digital Marketing (maternity cover)



What is the opportunity?

You will be an integral member of the Communications & Marketing team in a maternity cover role \xe2\x80\x93 working with internal stakeholders and managing agencies to deliver our digital objectives.

What will you do?

Website / CMS management

  • Responsible for maintenance and governance of corporate websites - manage 20 regional websites
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement digital objectives
  • Ensure alignment of regional requirements and fund distributions
Project / campaign management
  • Work with the team to formulate and run digital projects and campaigns in line with marketing and business objectives
  • Identify best project / campaign tactics to drive desired outcomes
  • Define KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, monitor campaign performance, develop dashboards, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement
Analytics
  • Use our analytics tools and dashboards to provide regular insights and reporting focusing on key performance indicators across regional websites
Subject matter expert
  • Keep informed and share knowledge of digital marketing trends
  • Provide input into evaluating new technologies
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage and work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns
  • Experience in content management systems and HTML
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Console
  • Ability to report data, recognise trends and analyse and communicate the success or otherwise of campaigns
  • Given the nature of the job, will be required to have a flexible work schedule
  • Ability to navigate a degree of mental stress associated with deadlines
  • An excellent eye for detail and good proof-reading skills.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience using Optimizely and Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and implementation
  • Knowledge of lead generation / lead nurture tactics
  • Experience in financial compliance procedures
