Key Responsibilitie




Sustainably grow franchise revenue by supporting our clients, acting as a market-maker and effectively manage our risk exposures Manage and execute trading strategies and ensure long term economic profit goals are achieved Develop market making strategies in target markets. Ensure trading activities are compliant to standards based on risk-weighted asset and return on equity targets management. Ensure budget targets are cascaded to teams with product targets, and proactively performance manage targets through to delivery. Collaborate with global Relationship Managers, Capital Structuring and Distribution Group and Financial Market Sales to identify clients needing solutions that the public market cannot provide Identify, analyse and drive profitable trading opportunities to client requirements and goals, for example - supporting the growing demand for sustainable finance. Navigate new trading markets and capitalise on new sustainable finance opportunities, for example - Carbon Credit Trading. Leverage emerging technologies to digitise trading, including Cognitive Algorithmic Trading platform to monitor market risks, real-time inventory, pricing negotiation and business insights. Qualifications
Substantial experience in equity derivatives trading Proven knowledge of trading structured products Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proficient in Excel and Bloomberg



Financial mathematics and products Risk, financial, and credit analysis Skilled in adapting to client behaviors Financial services and regulatory experience Economic analysis and modelling Emerging technology ESG and sustainable finance Python proficiency is an advantage
