The Role

We are seeking an Associate Director to join the Incendium team There you will be part of a world-class team that develops breakthrough solutions and generates quantifiable results. You will be responsible for delivering services to client real estate and facilities functions and leaders, interfacing with client personnel, and managing consulting projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for leading and managing entire large and complex projects
  • Develop high quality work products for clients that require minimal revisions including managing others\xe2\x80\x99 outputs
  • Manage the analyzing data process, develop observations and present findings to clients with recommendations on next steps
  • Manage the development of financial models and prepare client presentations
  • Lead key client meetings including solutioning sessions with potential service providers during competitive RFP processes or in the development of in-house functions and organization design
  • Lead our teams in the development of operating models, organization design and supporting activities such as process mapping
  • Lead our consultants and client teams in creating content and communication strategies that inform CRE executives, business unit leaders and client employees on the solutions we recommend
  • Manage junior members of our consulting team
  • Lead on external business development activities and develop and maintain key relationships
  • Lead on internal business development activities and manage others
Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:
  • Prior experience in management consulting, engineering, finance, sourcing or commercial real estate
  • Experience in Client Corporate Real Estate with a focus on facilities management
  • Strong prior experience in operating models, organization design and outsourcing (experience in all of those within a real estate and facilities management context is desired)
  • Experience leading on large international projects
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required, MBA or other post graduate degree a plus
  • Ability to work fully independently in a highly collaborative and unstructured environment
  • Strong project management skills and excellent stakeholder engagement and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analytics and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and present effectively to clients
  • Hands on approach to assignments, willing to lead but able to listen and build consensus
  • Flexible, hard-working, able to multi-task, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, working knowledge of Power BI a plus
  • Fluency and proficiency in English is required, additional languages a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
