Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
This role is responsible for all aspects of facilities management within a designated set of buildings and wider portfolio as well as client relationship management, working as part of a team to ensure the efficient and management of the sites including the day to day management of team members both site and non site based.

Ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
To assist the Senior Management Team in meeting the operational requirements of the FM team
To provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants
Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded
Client and occupier liaison - maintain relationship with client and occupiers on regular basis
Line managing direct reports and monitor all onsite staff
To monitor contractor/supplier performance, reporting to contracts manager as required
To draft and monitor service charge budgets
Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property
Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
4+ years experience of working in a similar role
Full Driving Licence
IOSH essential
NEBOSH desirable
Working Hours:
9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience)
60,000 to 65,000
per annum, depending on experience.
