As DCT continues to scale across Ireland and the UK, we are seeking an experienced

Associate Director - Digital Construction

to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our business.

This is a unique senior opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about innovation in BIM and digital construction.

Key Responsibilities



Provide strategic leadership for BIM, Digital Construction, and project delivery across the organisation. Oversee portfolio performance and ensure consistent high-quality outputs aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 19650 standards. Lead client relationships, supporting business development and contributing to new project acquisition (Ireland, UK & Europe). Direct and mentor BIM Managers, Coordinators, and technical teams, supporting resource planning and capability development. Support the Director team with operational decision-making, digital strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure technical excellence across all modelling, coordination, and digital workflows. Contribute to tender submissions, proposals, and strategic presentations. Represent DCT at industry events, CPDs, supplier engagements, and internal training sessions. Drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable savings across client projects.

Required Skills & Experience



8-12+ years' experience in BIM, Digital Construction, or related technical roles. Proven leadership in digital delivery on major construction or mission-critical projects. Deep understanding of Revit, BIM coordination workflows, and the Autodesk Suite. Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development. Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage large portfolios of projects. Experience working within ISO-certified environments is a strong advantage. Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
