We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Marketing to join Norgine.

This is a Fixed Term Contract, until the end of September 2026.




The person holding this position will report to a VP of Marketing and be a member of the global Consumer Healthcare team.


The core responsibility of the Associate Director of Marketing is to make our OTC brand a successful brand by delivering against the strategic 5yr plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Lead the global brand strategy development to ensure a smooth implementation across markets Develop the communications and media strategies to grow brand awareness, consideration and conversion across multiple touchpoints. Deliver net sales, market share and profitability for the OTC brand in line with 5yr plan. Support implementation of brand strategy in white space to build scale. Develop a product pipeline and lifecycle management that helps to secure the future of the brand in existing categories.

MAIN TASKS:



Lead the development of consumer brand strategy that drives awareness, loyalty and share ahead of the market based on a clear vision and right to win. To support the implementation of global business and brand strategies which drive sales, share growth and profitability to target levels To support the development of the global assets for the brand based on its differentiated positioning and motivating insights. To support the development of a global pipeline of products, launches and roll out plans that drive the category and brand growth based on unmet consumer needs. Build collaboration of brand thinking, strategy and plans across the global cross-functional team, the key markets and 3rd party business partners Lead consumer understanding for the brand categories on an international basis identifying key consumer opportunities and constantly optimizing the CDJ. Work closely with local marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of global strategy. Facilitate sharing and adoption of best practices. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to implement global projects. Manage and lead the relationships with external agency partners to implement effective communication plans.

Requirements



Strong consumer marketing experience acquired in global organisations. Experience in consumer healthcare/regulated markets. Global and local consumer marketing experience required. Other commercial experience in sales or trade marketing would be an advantage. Consumer focused Highly organised Collaborative Performance driven Passionate Confident presenter
