Grade 9: 55,636 - 64,228 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of 1,500 per annum

Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

Said Business School is seeking a dynamic and visionary Associate Director for Marketing Planning and Strategy to lead the strategic marketing direction of our renowned Executive Education portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate, engage and grow our impact globally across Open, Online and Custom programmes.

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for devising and delivering a results-driven, integrated marketing and communications strategy across our Executive Education business unit. Working at the heart of a collaborative cross-functional team, you will spearhead efforts to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility and support both B2C and B2B engagement.

This is a leadership role requiring creativity, commercial awareness, digital fluency and the ability to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support strategic goals. You will be a central figure in connecting internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute innovative marketing plans in line with the School's values.

Key responsibilities:
Oversee execution of high-performing, data-driven campaigns for online and in-person Executive Education programmes. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Experience and Central Marketing teams to create integrated, impactful campaigns. Manage key relationships with EdTech partners, vendors and other academic institutions. Shape compelling event and PR strategies to raise visibility and drive engagement. Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
You will bring extensive experience in strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a strong track record in both B2C and B2B contexts, particularly for online and in-person programmes. You will have proven stakeholder management skills, including work with EdTechs, vendors and partners, as well as expertise in writing briefs and marketing communications tailored to diverse audiences.
