You'll be a senior leader within the practice, responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts and leading internal teams.

Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing strategic counsel to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across a range of communications and advocacy programmes
Leading and mentoring teams to deliver high quality, compliant and engaging content
Collaborating with senior colleagues to shape business strategy and contribute to growth initiatives
Driving operational excellence across projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and scopes are well managed
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading pitches and proposals
Building long-term client relationships and expanding existing accounts
Supporting the development of new service offering and cross practice collaboration
Creating a positive team culture, recognising contributions and supporting professional development
