The Opportunity

With the backing of a leading consultancy and a dedicated support network across Facilities, ESG, Customer Experience, and Technology, you'll have everything you need to deliver a world-class property management service.

What You'll Do
Manage a prime Central London mixed use portfolio. Deliver best-in-class property management services across mixed-use trophy assets. Oversee building operations, service charges, and asset performance. Lead on tenant engagement with luxury and corporate occupiers. Collaborate with in-house experts to drive innovation in sustainability, technology, and customer experience. Mentor junior team members and support their development.
About You
MRICS qualified (or close to achieving). Senior Surveyor or Associate Director. Solid technical understanding of multi-let building operations and service charges. Track record in Central London asset management. Strong communicator, able to engage confidently with high-profile clients and occupiers. Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven.
