Kennedys is recruiting an NQ+ Associate to join our specialist Policy & Coverage team in Edinburgh. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer interested in insurance policy analysis and complex coverage disputes.
The Role
Your work will include:
Advising insurers on policy coverage and indemnity issues
Drafting detailed coverage opinions across multiple lines of business
Acting in declaratory proceedings and coverage litigation
Supporting claims teams on strategic and commercial decision-making
Working closely with leading coverage specialists and exposure to UK-wide and international matters.
About You
Qualified Solicitor
Background in insurance, commercial litigation or disputes
Strong written skills and an interest in policy wording and interpretation
* Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
