Edinburgh
Kennedys is looking to recruit an NQ+ Associate to join our well-established Property Damage team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading insurance practice handling high-quality, complex work for a global client base.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of property damage matters, including:
Coverage and liability disputes arising from major losses
Subrogated recoveries
Commercial and domestic property claims
Instructing and liaising with experts, counsel, insurers and insureds
Early responsibility, exposure to significant claims, and the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior associates.
About You
Qualified Solicitor
Experience of insurance litigation and/or property damage work (either pre- or post-qualification)
Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
