Job Overview
We are seeking a Associate Agent to join THE VC BRAND.
This person will be running his or her OWN BUSINESS under the VC Brand.
We are looking for an agent who has experience at BRANCH MANAGER LEVEL ONLY.
Duties
To grow their business under the VC BRAND in the territory/ area. Communicate effectively with clients and the general public to grow their business though various marketing strategies. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all files are organised and up to date. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience at BRANCH MANAGER LEVEL. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in using office software. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Experience in valuations and gaining instructions.
