ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially curious, proactive and well-organised Junior Export Sales Associate to support the International Sales Team at TensCare. This entry-to-mid level role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in global sales and account management, with hands-on exposure to international customers and processes.
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a portfolio of light touch maintenance export accounts across the UK, Middle East and other active territories. You will also have the opportunity to develop sales skills on one or two primary export accounts, working under the guidance of a senior sales executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and maintain a portfolio of export accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, smooth order processing, and excellent customer service.
Liaise with distributors, handling day-to-day sales admin, queries, and basic commercial support.
Assist in onboarding new distributors and maintaining CRM records.
Track performance against forecasts, preparing basic sales reports and territory updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, compliance, marketing) to resolve operational issues and support account needs.
Develop hands-on sales experience by working on a small number of high-potential accounts under the mentorship of an Export Sales Executive.
Support planning and participation in trade events and customer calls.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Some prior experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination (B2B or export sales ideal but not essential)
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and CRM software
Proactive, professional, and good at building relationships
Eager to learn and grow within an international commercial role
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or other languages a bonus
