We are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate to join our dynamic Fraud & Motor team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-value fraud litigation matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.


Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated motor claims, with a particular focus on suspected fraudulent matters. Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support fraud defences. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation. Represent clients in court where appropriate and liaise with counsel and experts. Maintain client relationships through regular updates and strategic case advice. Supervise and mentor junior team members and paralegals. Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to business development initiatives.


What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE+ preferred), with experience in motor claims and/or fraud litigation. Strong knowledge of civil procedure and insurance litigation. Excellent analytical and case strategy skills. A proactive, commercial approach to case handling. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. A genuine interest in fraud litigation and a commitment to client service excellence.
