We are growing our Keoghs Scotland's Abuse team in Glasgow. This is a challenging, high-impact role advising a varied and interesting client base on complex and sensitive claims. You'll work with a dynamic, supportive team and engage with evolving legal issues. Ideal for those with Sheriff Court/Court of Session personal injury experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims (Defender) Forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation Drafting advice, court documents, and correspondence Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel Liaising with clients and conducting site visits Supporting Partners and contributing to team initiatives Engaging in business development through articles, blogs, presentations, and events

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience in sensitive and complex claims Sheriff Court appearances and instructing in the Court of Session Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
