About Keys Group and Embleton View:




We provide specialist, therapeutic education for young people with complex needs, including SEMH and ASD, tailoring learning for those who have struggled in mainstream settings.


Supporting students from Year 1 to Year 13, we focus on removing barriers, building confidence, and helping each learner reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:



Leading and managing the school daily to ensure a safe, engaging and inclusive environment. Driving continuous improvement in line with

Independent School Standards

and

Ofsted frameworks

. Overseeing HR processes and staff performance management. Upholding robust safeguarding practices as

Designated Safeguarding Lead

. Managing the deployment of teaching assistants and support staff effectively. Cultivating strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals. Championing the development of a

therapeutic and personalised approach

to education.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who is visionary, resilient, and committed to making a tangible difference. Our ideal candidate will:



Be a proven leader with experience of driving school improvement. Be currently working as a Senior Leader (e.g. Deputy Head, Assistant Head) ready for the next step. Have a deep understanding of SEND, the SEND Code of Practice, and complex learning needs. Be confident in leading safeguarding, curriculum development, and staff training. Be skilled in setting consistent standards for behaviour, attendance and inclusion. Bring experience with independent school standards or alternative provision. Be passionate about supporting students with SEMH, ASD, and additional needs.
