We are seeking out a dynamic Associate on behalf of our client, an acclaimed interior architecture and design studio based in Central London, that is celebrated for crafting immersive, emotion-led interiors within the hospitality/F&B sector.
As an Associate, you will bring over 10 years of experience successfully leading high-end interior design projects from concept through to completion. You will demonstrate creative vision, strategic oversight, and excellence in project execution. Your role will be pivotal in shaping project outcomes and contributing to the growth of the studio, with a strong emphasis on design integrity, client service, and team development.
We are seeking a seasoned, polished professional with a passion for luxury design and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering outstanding results across all project phases. This is a key leadership position within the studio, with significant influence over client relationships, internal operations, and the creative direction of our work.
Applicants must have proven experience within luxury hospitality design for a smooth transition into a key role within the business.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities and an inspirational, proactive leader with a collaborative and empathic leadership style.
