Associate Instructor - AI, Decision Science and Advanced Analytics




We are seeking experienced practitioners in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Software Development to deliver impactful, real-world training to professionals across sectors.

About the Role




As an Associate Instructor, you will draw on deep technical and consulting expertise to deliver high-quality engaging training, virtually or in-person to support our customers develop and deploy AI-driven models and simulations to support decision making - across areas such as:

AI-driven decision support and data modelling Software engineering and system development Multi-criteria decision frameworks and analytical mythologies Design and delivery of real-world applied solutions


You will bring real practitioner insight to your delivery, grounded in extensive experience in software development, analytics, strategic consulting and complex system engineering.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions based on real project experience Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into clear, practical learning Demonstrate modelling approaches such as: + System dynamics
+ Multi-criteria decision analysis
+ Confrontation analysis
+ Statistical and data-driven forecasting
Provide expert insight into enterprise software workflows, from architecture to deployment Support clients in applying decision-science tools to real organisational challenges Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client?focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, value?led solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position

Requirements



Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research or related field Extensive professional experience across: + AI, data science and analytics
+ Software design and full lifecycle development (.NET, Python, Azure, REST)
+ Data modelling, Simulation and mathematical methods
+ Enterprise consulting across public and private sector
Proven experience delivering complex project such as: + Decision-support systems
+ High-integrity financial, statistical or reporting applications
+ Large-scale modelling or simulation tools
Ability to communicate advance concepts to mixed technical audiences Strong background in applied problem-solving, modelling and system architecture
