We are seeking an experienced Associate Instructor in AI and Decision Science to deliver engaging, high-quality training to professionals.

About the Role

As an Associate Instructor, you'll deliver high-quality engaging training sessions, virtually or in-person to support our customers develop and deploy AI-driven models and simulations to support decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (Virtual or in-person) Provide expert insights, real-world examples, and practical guidance


Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will also actively support our sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines and course developments. Our consultants are critical to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research or related fields Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning, data science and big data security Proven experience in software development and lifecycle management Expertise in decision science methods including: + Agent-based modelling
+ System dynamics
+ Multi-criteria and stakeholder analysis
+ Influence diagramming and confrontation analysis
Experience in both public and private sector consulting
