We're seeking an enthusiastic Associate Ireland Payroll Specialist to join our successful processing team in Andover, UK. In this role, you'll receive full training to help you master Irish payroll processes while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities



Learn and manage end-to-end Irish payroll processing, ensuring the accuracy of payrolls following all established statutory requirements and internal processes. Collaborate with your team while taking ownership of your assigned payrolls Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies. Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay payroll application, review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary

Experience needed for this role



Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic formulas Excellent time management and administrative skills - Able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively Strong attention to detail - Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll processes Organized and able to multitask - Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
