Associate IT Systems Engineer

role within our IT Team. The successful candidate must be experienced in delivering hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations across end-user devices and systems.

As an Associate IT Systems Engineer you will be responsible for:

Deploy, maintain, patch, and manage the lifecycle of end-user devices (Windows 11, iPhone, macOS). Administer Entra ID, including identity and access management. Configure and manage Intune enrolment, policies, compliance, and device configuration. Provide administration and support for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Run, create, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts and queries. Support and administer networking equipment including access points, switches, routers, and VLANs. Detect, diagnose, and resolve technical faults across hardware, software, and cloud services. Maintain a strong security-first approach across all systems and workflows. Perform firmware, software, and OS patching to ensure security and CVE remediation. Monitor management, reporting, and alerting platforms to ensure service health. Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and policies. Monitor, triage, and respond to IT helpdesk requests in a timely manner. Assist the IT Manager with broader IT operations and projects.
