About this opportunity
We're currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Leveraged Finance & Project Finance Syndicate team, part of the Debt Solutions group within Client Solutions.
You'll support the structuring, execution, and distribution of complex debt transactions alongside the Strategic Debt Finance ("SDF") and Infrastructure & Project Finance ("I&PF") origination teams. This role sits at the intersection of origination and capital markets, providing exposure to both client-facing and investor-focused activities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in high-profile transactions and develop a deep understanding of the debt capital markets and structured finance landscape.
Your role and responsibilities will include:Support the execution of leveraged and project finance transactions from origination through to syndication and closing
Conduct investor mapping and analysis across the infrastructure and leveraged finance markets, covering both loan and bond investor bases
Perform transaction benchmarking to support underwriting decisions, including relative value assessments and sector-based comp analysis
Prepare underwriting committee materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with internal approval processes
Produce and distribute daily and weekly market updates highlighting key trends, pricing developments, and investor sentiment for both internal stakeholders and external clients
Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly SDF, I&PF, and Loan Sales, to ensure seamless execution and syndication of transactions
