About the Role




Pogust Goodhead is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Group Litigation team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the largest and most high-profile group litigation cases in the UK, representing thousands of clients seeking justice against major corporations.



You will play an important role in managing complex cases, advising clients, and helping to deliver effective litigation strategies alongside a highly skilled and dedicated team.

Requirements



Key Responsibilities



Support large and complex group litigation matters in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to deliver excellent client outcomes. Advise on case strategy and litigation processes. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other key legal documents. Liaise with counsel, experts, and external stakeholders.

About You



Essential:





Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (2-5+ PQE). Strong technical knowledge of English civil procedure and litigation practice. Proven experience handling complex or large-scale disputes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Desirable:





Experience in group litigation or mass claims. Interest or experience in social justice, environmental, or consumer rights work. Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
