Wadkins Associates are assisting a prestigious international law firm with their search for a Junior Real Estate Finance Lawyer in London.
The firm are a global legal powerhouse, renowned for representing major corporations, funds and financial institutions in complex, high-stakes transactions. They are comprised of a team of strategic partners with deep commercial instincts and pride themselves on their collaborative, diverse culture.
The work will centre on advising on sophisticated real estate finance transactions. You will advise both lenders and sponsors on structured real estate deals, including leveraged loan deals.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 1-3 years PQE. A background in real estate finance or broader finance is required.
