The successful candidate will work across a variety of workstreams as part of a vibrant, multi-skilled team within our global agency. An individual who can work collaboratively, brings lots of ideas, all whilst staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the Creative Team. We're looking for a proactive self-starter to help keep our team running smoothly day-to-day. You'll support the wider Creative Services team by supporting the operations and resourcing needs within the team, assisting with some of our project management needs, and generally helping us thrive. You'll also help nurture our collaborative culture and contribute to the positive energy of our team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Support the Resource Manager in the procurement of freelance talent. This will include engaging with both recruiters and freelancers and building a trusting and meaningful working relationship.
Working alongside the Resource Manager on longer-term projects in terms of both scheduling and resource planning. o Creating purchase orders for freelance bookings and ensuring they are always accurate and up to date. To also troubleshoot any potential issues with purchase orders.
Support the team in the best archiving practice for work produced by Freelancers.
Keep Freelance Tracker up to date
Assist with the resource for our Rights team.
Support the Ops Director in preparing time and utilisation reports.
Assisting with diary management.
Managing and booking departmental meetings.

1 - 2+ years previous experience in a similar position
