Job Description

s360 UK is looking for an Associate Manager, Digital Growth with 1-3 years of experience and a passion for eCommerce and retail to join our growing team. Our London team of 30+ works closely together, acting as an extension of our client's team for leading brands such as Emma Bridgewater, schuh, and New Era.

As an Associate Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of digital growth strategies across a range of exciting retail brands. You'll work closely with managers, specialists and cross-channel teams to help our clients grow through smart execution, great communication, and commercial understanding.

The Role

We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact. You'll be hands-on in managing accounts and relationships, always striving to connect the dots between strategy and delivery. The role is structured around four key pillars:

Execution & Project Management

Act as the day-to-day contact for 3-5 accounts, ensuring coordination across s360 and client teams. Confident in managing timelines, closing the loop and ensuring high-quality delivery across all areas of client work. Build strong working relationships with clients, earning trust through organisation, clarity and follow-through. Collaborate with Managers and Directors to ensure all actions are aligned to the broader client strategy.

Reporting & Commercial Awareness

Confident using platforms like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and other tools to assess weekly and monthly performance. Lead weekly insights and monthly reports, offering commentary on trends, targets and what to do next. With guidance, contribute to quarterly reviews by supporting data pulls, insight development, and presentation creation. Develop a deeper understanding of key eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CPA and how they support growth goals.

Strategic Thinking

Develop a clear understanding of each client's goals, audience and business. With support, contribute to media planning and channel mix recommendations that support broader growth strategies. Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions - bringing ideas, asking smart questions, and building your confidence. Comfortable presenting to internal teams and external clients, both in meetings and via calls.

Training & Development

You'll have structured training through s360's onboarding programme and dedicated time to upskill in the platforms, industry and wider digital trends. Regular check-ins with your manager to help set goals, track progress and identify areas of growth. Opportunities to attend internal learning sessions and expand your understanding of digital strategy. Encouraged to share ideas and insights with the wider team as you grow in confidence.
