You will manage product backlogs, prioritize features based on business value, and work with stakeholders across Avanade, Microsoft, and our clients to ensure our Factory offers are simple to sell, easy to deliver, and competitively positioned. You'll help translate strategy into action--turning business objectives into repeatable solutions that can be sold and delivered at scale. Together we do what matters
Key responsibilities:
Drive backlog management and feature prioritization across offers
Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, sales, delivery, and Microsoft counterparts to ensure market relevance and client value
Support go-to-market planning, pricing models and pilot execution
Lead requirement refinement and codify delivery standards for repeatable, scalable offerings
Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to define value propositions, sales motions, and success metrics
Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, offer adoption, and client feedback to inform scaling

A minimum of 3+ years of experience with productization of services--turning capabilities into repeatable offers
Strong product management background with backlog, requirement, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with enterprise sales motions, preferably in partnership with Microsoft
Ability to design and communicate simple, competitive, repeatable pricing and packaging
Skilled in project planning, estimation, and requirements refinement
Strong communication and storytelling ability to align multiple stakeholders
Experience with the following tools: ADO, JIRA, or similar technology
English language proficiency (verbal and written) required to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
