We are looking for a positive, adaptable Associate Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
You'll help shape and deliver our digital marketing strategy, primarily through client projects, balancing creativity with rigour to ensure every campaign meets the highest standards.
We also offer hybrid working, with two days each week in our Bourne End office for valuable face-to-face collaboration.
About the Role
As Associate Marketing Manager, you will plan, deliver, and optimise digital marketing activity across all channels. You will manage large paid social budgets with careful attention to regulatory requirements, lead client marketing projects, and manage a direct report.
This is a fast-paced role demanding excellent attention to detail, quick thinking, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies for Radcliffe Group and client projects
Build trusted client relationships to encourage loyalty and satisfaction
Manage significant paid social budgets with a focus on compliance and ROI
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic social, email, landing pages, and other channels
Develop and support an effective organic social media strategy aligned with business goals, including community management
Analyse campaign performance to optimise ROI and improve customer experience
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality creative, landing pages, and website enhancements
Keep stakeholders informed of progress, flagging any additional resource needs early
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to maintain quality and efficiency
Conduct research on clients, therapy areas, and audiences to guide channel and messaging decisions
Manage and develop media partnerships, identifying new partner opportunities
Support the production of sales materials and deliver tailored client marketing projects
Lead and manage your direct reports, ensuring timely, collaborative delivery of marketing activity
Develop and motivate your line report through goal
setting, coaching, and regular performance reviews
About You
Experienced in digital marketing with multi-channel campaign delivery
Confident managing large paid social budgets and ensuring compliance
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Exceptionally organised with strong time-management skills
Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and proactive
Analytical and data-driven with a focus on ROI
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Creative, collaborative, and motivated to make a real impact
Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing, advertising, digital communications, graphic design, life sciences, or social sciences
Interest in life sciences, especially cardiology and curious to explore and learn more about a specialist medical fields and work with doctors
Real love for social media, interested in creating both organic and paid campaigns, optimising on-platform, and staying current with trends
Excellent spoken and written English, with a passion for writing copy
Technically minded with strong computer literacy, comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new data analysis tools
Creatively minded with a strong appreciation for design
Capable of managing multiple projects without getting overwhelmed
Basic design ability (e.g. using Canva)
Enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset who takes ownership and helps colleagues meet last-minute deadlines
