Associate Mechanical Engineer (Team Lead) London| Up to 95,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Expenses Paid + Bonus (10%)
About the Opportunity
A leading tier 1 MEP subcontractor is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding design team. With over 700 employees and ambitious growth plans to reach 1,000 by 2028, this well-established company recently achieved 350 million turnover and is targeting 500 million in the coming years.

Our client operates at the forefront of the MEP sector, delivering high-profile projects across:

Commercial offices
Data centres
Infrastructure

Their portfolio includes blue-chip clients and major ongoing contracts, including a significant multi-million-pound project in Oxford.
The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position where you'll shape the mechanical engineering department. Working within a tight-knit design team of 21 members, you'll need the technical expertise and leadership experience to manage effectively, provide strategic direction, and optimize resource utilization.
