Associate Mechanical Engineer

My client is looking to expand their management team and currently has a vacancy for a Associate Mechanical Engineer. This role involves assisting in the leadership of the mechanical department while also contributing directly to technical project delivery.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Undertaking mechanical design, condition surveys, feasibility studies, and report writing. Reviewing and checking designs, while providing mentoring and support to junior engineers. Managing departmental projects, workload, and resource allocation. Leading your own projects and maintaining strong client relationships. Developing project solutions and ensuring the quality and accuracy of designs. Securing new work opportunities and contributing to fee proposals and framework bids. Supporting business development through networking and presentations.
