MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor Passionate about driving innovation in service and delivering exceptional results Proven experience working on large complex construction projects within Research, Technology and Life Science, Research, Technology and Life Science, Ability to lead projects from inception to completion Strong cost estimating experience and rate / benchmark knowledge Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build good client relationships Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues Good leadership skills Experience with Digital Cost Management and CostX, 5D BIM and Benchmarking tools
