Ready to get back to what OT is really about, helping people rebuild their independence and reclaim their lives? Think Therapy 1st (TT1st) is looking for Associate Specialist Rehabilitation Occupational Therapists (SROTs) to deliver hands-on, functional rehab to injured clients nationwide.
We want to hear from you. This is for you if you're:
An experienced OT (minimum 4 years post-qualification) Driven by real, occupation-focused rehab Tired of ticking boxes and ready to get creative with client-led projects Ready to guide MDTs Keen to keep growing your skills, with full mentoring and support behind you

Remote working from home and community-based visits Full admin and documentation support CPD opportunities RCOT involvement encouraged and supported 50.00 - 65.00 ph
Requirements:
HCPC registration Own vehicle insured for business use Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, video calls) and own computer/internet Strong time management and independent working skills Knowledge of litigation helpful (training provided)
