Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to work in our dedicated global real estate team, and specifically focus on our European business unit to deliver best-in-class fundraising and transaction execution. Responsibilities include:
OriginationAssist with the origination of clients for commingled funds, joint ventures, investment clubs and portfolio and large asset recaps across Europe Assist with advising clients on structuring their offerings Lead due diligence and underwriting of prospective capital raising mandates

Project ManagementOn-board clients and mandates in collaboration with our legal and compliance teams Prepare marketing materials, valuation models, financial analyses and transaction documents Liaise and coordinate with third party consultants and advisors Coordinate the overall fundraising process and timeline, including client and distribution banker management, roadshow management, investor due diligence questions, etc

Distribution SupportSupport distribution bankers as a subject matter expert on global or European real estate product Attend investor meetings and roadshows as required Maintain deal and investor profiles on our CRM system

Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:Senior Analyst to Senior Associate level equivalent with experience in real estate within a real estate private equity fund, institutional investor, investment consultant and / or investment bank. Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Highly proficient in building and operating asset and vehicle valuation models Personal and professional integrity Client service mentality Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time Able to function independently and provide guidance to global project-specific teams of Analysts and Associates Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are beneficial
