Job Description
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
-Attending team/ward handovers and relying appropriate information to the MDT -Participating in group work/wellbeing activities -Washing and dressing assessments -Kitchen assessments -Mobility and transfer assessments -Environmental Assessments -Assessment and provision of equipment (including ordering and delivery/fitting) -Enabling patient rehabilitation -Supporting junior members within the team -Administration tasks- verbally and electronically -Completing referrals to other agencies
