We are seeking an Associate Product Planning Manager to join our Product Management team - a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role, you will support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of product launches across hardware, software, services, and contract plans. Working closely with the Category Manager and Product Planning Manager, you will coordinate internal teams--legal, compliance, contracts, finance, logistics, PMO, and Service--to ensure smooth, efficient processes and problem-solving where needed.

This position offers full exposure to the product development lifecycle, providing a strong foundation for a future in product management.



Key Responsibilities:



Support planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all teams are prepared and aligned.

Maintain and update comprehensive product documentation for internal stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between vendors and sales teams for special pricing coordination.

Assist in resolving order-related issues, supporting smooth operations with internal and external partners.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Experience & Knowledge:



Previous experience in product administration, planning, or project coordination is desirable but not essential.

Familiarity with product lifecycle management or working in a product-focused environment is advantageous.

Understanding of IT hardware, software, and services is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise confidently with internal teams and external vendors.

Analytical mindset; able to interpret product performance data and contribute to decision-making.

Attention to detail; ensures accurate documentation and smooth product launch processes.

Problem-solving attitude; proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
