Associate Professor In Human Resource Management

Job Description


In this role you will provide inspiration and leadership on a number of fronts. You will contribute to the delivery and development of the School\'s undergraduate curriculum and the School\'s taught postgraduate provision, as well as the supervision of postgraduate researchers. You will join a dynamic community of interdisciplinary researchers in the WEMO (Work, Employment, Management and Organisations) department and its associated research group CSWEF (Centre for Sustainable Work and Employment Futures). You will be expected to develop and deliver high quality individual and collaborative research and publish your findings in leading peer-reviewed journals.

About you

In addition to being engaged in innovative learning and teaching, you will have an established international reputation for research, with a strong record of publications (appropriate to your level of experience) in peer-reviewed journals of substantial standing. You will be able to demonstrate extensive professional experience and the ability to make substantial contributions to leadership in the School. You will have excellent networking skills which you use to seek out opportunities for collaboration, both internally and externally. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to generate external funding through research grants, contracts or other sources.
