About the Role





As Associate Project Engineer, you'll support the planning and delivery of lifting operations from concept to execution. This is a perfect entry point for someone with site experience or technical interest who's ready to step into a more strategic role.


Key Responsibilities:




Project Coordination - Assist in delivering safe and effective lifting solutions across a variety of sectors. Site Visits & Surveys - Attend site walkdowns and support data gathering for lift planning. Technical Documentation - Contribute to risk assessments, lift plans, method statements, and presentations. AutoCAD & Design - Learn to use CAD tools for lift plans (training provided if needed). Client & Team Collaboration - Work closely with your manager and learn from experienced engineers and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For




Experience in Lifting/Crane Operations, Logistics, or AutoCAD Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Comfortable on-site and client-facing. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs). Willingness to learn software tools (e.g. AutoCAD, lift planning platforms). Clean Full UK Driving Licence

Up to 30,000 per annum

(depending on experience)

Location:

Hybrid - based at our Northampton HQ, with regular UK-wide site visits
