I\xe2\x80\x99m currently seeking a passionate and motivated professional looking to break into project management and the pharmaceutical industry for this exciting position with an industry leading pharmaceutical company for an initial 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension.

As a key player in our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll orchestrate real estate planning and execution across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Collaborating seamlessly with site management, clients, and facilities & engineering teams, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure the seamless construction and implementation of cutting-edge office and laboratory spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the execution of departmental strategy and goals.
  • Championing real estate engagement, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and driving value in operations.
  • Acting as a liaison between Corporate Real Estate Lead, business leaders, and the local teams, communicating market trends and business impact.
  • Collaborating with execution teams to deliver innovative workspace solutions for owned and leased real estate.
  • Applying analytical interpretation skills to solve diverse problems and escalating when needed.
  • Adapting swiftly to new systems, tools, and processes to improve delivery of goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Associate Degree/Post Secondary Diploma with 2 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
