Fellows Construction Consultants (part of RSK Group) are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position. This is a unique opportunity to join a fresh innovative company with longstanding and loyal client base.

As Associate Project Manager you will be expected to take the project management lead on more complex projects through your extensive construction knowledge and experience and offering support to the Fellows Directors. The successful candidate will be required to have an exceptional track record in delivering construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
• To provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
• To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Assisting on bids, responsible for business development and running a small team.
• Supporting the Fellows Director.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates will be degree qualified
• Experience on leading on medium to large scheme projects (\xc2\xa310 - \xc2\xa350m plus)
• Experience administering the JCT suite of building contracts
• Desirable if chartered/qualified or working towards MRICS, MCIOB, APM etc.
• You will be currently in an Associate position or in a Senior role looking to make the next step in your development.
