Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of the assets, while delivering a high standard of service to both occupiers and our clients.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management, including occupier liaison, lease administration, service charge budgeting, contractor coordination, facilities oversight, and financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams across leasing, finance, and facilities management, as well as external suppliers, to maintain the quality and value of the portfolio.
This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve property-related issues

The role is within our RISE London Office team, responsible for dealing with significant office mandates and client management. This is a high-profile role managing some of our clients' key assets, working collaboratively with site teams, client accounts and credit control teams to ensure the highest levels of service delivery and client reporting.
Following our Divisional PM+ Strategy, the role will entail delivering key responsibilities below within the frameworks of Operational Excellence, customer engagement and customer service, Place shaping, Sustainability and Innovation.
Working out of both our City and west-end offices the successful candidate will gain a wide breadth of experience and growth potential, working closely with their lead Director and other property management surveyors. The team is supported by market leading in-house operational, ESG and place shaping teams.
