An award-winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to add a client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to their Cambridge office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic and growing team based out of their new office working across a wide variety of sectors including residential, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, education and leisure.

A multifaceted role providing Cost Management, Employer\'s Agent and Project Management services for a full spectrum of clients including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, County Councils and Private Developer and Commercial clients.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be able to hone their skills to effectively perform as an Employer\'s Agent managing an exciting variety projects from inception to completion.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying degree
  • Employer\'s Agent experience is ideal but not crucial
  • Experience in commercial or residential development
  • An ability to form and develop client relationships and to seek to develop new business opportunities
  • A desire to manage junior colleagues
