Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Quantity Surveyor based in Preston. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8years experience as QS Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment Experience in the construction or residential development industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
