PROPERTY SURVEYOR. Do you have proven experience in completing Level 2 and 3 building surveys and are you seeking a professional opportunity with excellent earning potential and flexibility? Rellim Surveyors is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as self-employed surveyors, carrying out level 2 and 3 home surveys.

IMPORTANT FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:

This is a self-employed role with a fee-split arrangement. You must be comfortable with earnings that can and will fluctuate from month to month

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has a proven ability to complete Level 2 & Level 3 Home Surveys Maybe studying a formal Surveying Pathway Membership with RICS or working toward it is advantageous Has excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Possesses strong written communication abilities Enjoys problem-solving and practical tasks Is comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets) Has a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Is self-motivated and capable of working independently Can climb ladders and access various areas of properties

AS A SELF-EMPLOYED SURVEYOR, YOU'LL NEED:

Basic surveying tools (we'll supply/guide you on what you need) iPad for our market-leading survey app Your own vehicle for site visits Registration as self-employed with HMRC (we can provide guidance)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct a thorough analysis of residential properties to assess their condition Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding property Utilise IT tools and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting Drive to various locations to perform surveys and meet with clients Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating findings and recommendations Organise and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of surveys
