Our Mission:
Increase efficiency and agility across engineering teams enabling them to mobilise quickly and deliver quality, secure, right first-time features for our customers at reduced costs.
Enable operations teams to pro-actively monitor and quickly report across critical systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SRE, DevOps, Business units) to understand monitoring requirements and support delivery of observability solutions
Support efforts to define and maintain observability-as-code (dashboards, alerts, tags, notification channels)
Help instrument applications and infrastructure using standards such as OpenTelemetry
Participate in troubleshooting and incident analysis to improve system monitoring and response capabilities
Learn and apply best practices in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and DevOps tooling
Support initiatives to automate and standardize observability across environments
Take part in team meetings, design discussions, and contribute ideas for improving observability and engineering processes
Document observability configurations, Blueprints, processes, and standards for internal use
What You'll Need
Familiarity with observability concepts (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting)
Exposure to New Relic as observability tool
Understanding of CI/CD tools and basic DevOps workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Basic scripting or programming experience (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar)
Exposure to cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or similar instrumentation frameworks
Understanding of distributed systems or microservices architecture
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
